The only album released in 1993 by Balaio De Gato, a group of local musicians based in Minas Gerais, Alexandre Az, Marcelo Dinis, and Sergio Misan. Although it was likely a self-released album, it features a collection of highly polished tracks with lyrical melodies and a dreamy quality that exude the sophistication of the 1990s. In particular, “Cena Principal” and “Pé De Gameleira,” which feature a beautiful supple soundscape characteristic of Minas are absolute fanatastic. A wonderful local work that remains largely unknown. The condition is fair includes an insert.
Alexandre Az, Marcelo Dinis, Sergio Misanのミナスを拠点に活動していたローカルミュージシャンによるBalaio De Gatoによる93年の唯一作。おそらく自主的にリリースしたものと思いますが、それを感じさせない90年の洗練に叙情的なメロディや浮遊感を持った完成度の高い楽曲が並びます。特にミナスらしい美しくしなやかな音像を描く”Cena Principal”と”Pé De Gameleira”は絶品。まだまだ知られていない素晴らしいローカル作品。再生まずまずのところと思います。インサート付属。
