1982 release LP by the four-member Brazilian group Arco-Iris. This is a serious project, with all original compositions and the full participation of José Roberto Bertrami of Azymuth, Claudio Cartier, known for his collaboration with Octavio Burnier, and Eduardo Souto Neto. No matter where you listen to it, in particular smooth, flowing melody of "Cometa" is accompanied by beautiful vocals, “A Um Passo” sways to the pleasant rhythm of saudade, and groovy "Reluzir" with its amazing keyboard work, are impressive. The comfortable groove thoughout backed by elegance and quality appears to go on forever. The jacket is a little dirty, but the disc is in excellent condition.
4人組ブラジリアングループArco-Irisによる82年作。全てオリジナル曲かつAzymuthのJosé Roberto Bertrami、Octavio Burnierとの共作で知られるClaudio Cartier、Eduardo Souto Netoが全面参加した力の入ったプロジェクト。どこから聞いても間違いないですが、流れるような滑らかなメロディワークに美しいヴォーカルが映える”Cometa”、サウダージを歌う小気味よいリズムに揺れる”A Um Passo”、エレピはじめ鍵盤ワークが際立つグルーヴィな”Reluzir”は特に白眉。エレガンスとクオリティに裏打ちされた心地よいグルーヴがいつまで続いていくような感覚。ジャケット少し汚れ等ありますが、盤面綺麗です。
