1984 album released by Zambian singer Anna Mwale from Kenya. Best known for hit tune "Excuse Me" which started from Spain to world, this album was released around the same time. It contains pleasant numbers that incorporate Afro sounds with Europop and other dance music elements of the time. We especially recommend the tropical mid-dancer "Elephants Dancing" with balearic atmosphere, exhilarating Afro boogie "People Need People" and the Afro synth boogie "Zilile".
ザンビア出身のシンガーAnna Mwaleがケニアからリリースした84年作。スペインを皮切りにヒットした”Excuse Me”で大きく知られていますが、本作はその同時期にリリースされていたアルバム。アフロサウンドとユーロポップなど当時のダンスミュージック要素を取り入れながら気持ちいい楽曲を収録しています。当店的にはバレアリック雰囲気のトロピカル・ミッド・ダンサー”Elephants Dancing”、爽快なアフロ・ブギー”People Need People”、アフロ・シンセ・ブギー”Zilile”がオススメ。洗練されたいい作品。アフリカンコンディションですが、まだまだ聞いて頂けるかなという印象です。
