Scottish musician Andrew Thomas Wilson settled in Australia while working in commercials and other TV-related fields, and eventually developed a thirst for unrestricted music production. He spent about a year creating this album based on inspiration/meditation in a secluded region of Western Australia and daily life experiences. From new age music with nature sounds to dimensional electric music, the last track "Aluminium City" is particularly impressive. This led to the release of a wonderful cassette he wrote for the Tsukuba Expo the following year.
スコットランド人音楽家Andrew Thomas Wilson、コマーシャルなどのTV関係の仕事をしながらオーストラリアに住み着き、やがて制限のない音楽制作への渇望から西オーストラリアの秘境でのインスピレーション、瞑想体験、日々の生活などから約一年をかけて作り上げた本作。自然音を取り入れたニューエイジから立体的なエレクトリックミュージックまで充実の内容で、特にラストの”Aluminium City”は感動的。これを機に翌年にはつくば万博の為に書き上げた素晴らしいカセットもリリースしています。
