Alexander Gradsky, also known as the “father of Soviet rock,” grew up in a privileged environment where he was allowed access to the West, and while absorbing a variety of music, he aimed to break away from Western music and created his own musical canon. His best known for 1974 soundtrack work “Romance of Lovers” however we are also interested more radical and experimental works from the late 1980s. This 1988 work features a lot of strange electro that combines unique vocals, rhythm boxes, synth, electronically modulated saxophones and flutes. Enjoy the unique grooves that can only be described as truly atypical. There are hairlines from A1 to A5, and circle noise occurs.
