2017 reissue of a cassette-only release from 1993 by Uruguayan singer-songwriter Alberto Wolf, released under his solo name The simple composition of vocals that is familiar to Mateo, own guitar, with some guests, total 10 tracks are pure and melancholic with various elements of folk, folklore, samba, blues, more and filled with subtle charm that only Alberto Wolf can bring. All of them are addictive grooves, particularly the melancholy ``Danza Con Los Viejos Jefes'' with Hugo Fattoruso's keyboard, the alternative bossa style ``Corazones Musicales'', and "Ella Va 1 ½" with Chavela Ramirez's chorus are amazing.
ウルグアイ人SSW Alberto Wolfがソロ名義で残した93年のカセットオンリー作品の2017年リイシュー版デッドストック品。マテオにも通じるようなヴォーカルに自身のギター、そこにゲストを交えたシンプルな構成でフォーク、フォルクローレ、サンバ、ブルースと様々な要素を感じながらもピュアでメランコリックなこの人ならではの不思議な魅力が詰まった全10曲。どれも中毒性のあるグルーヴですがHugo Fattorusoの鍵盤が加わった哀愁漂う”Danza Con Los Viejos Jefes”、オルタナティブ・ボッサ風”Corazones Musicales”、Chavela Ramirezとのコーラスも沁みてくる”Ella Va 1 ½”はグッときます。もう最高～。リイシューはこちらしかされていない模様。もっともっと多くの方に聞いて頂きたい逸品。
