The first recorded work by Alberto Wolf, Uruguay's unique songwriter. Released in 1985 as a split album with the group El Cuarteto De Nos, which included Riki Musso as a member (apparently the 1984 cassette tape was the first release). Both sides feature humorous, addictive sounds. Alberto Wolf's contributions include the smooth yet habit-forming groove of the classic “A la Deriva” the reggae tinged “Ella Va”, groovy MPU “Ojos De Gata” featuring backing vocals by Mariana Ingold and Estre Magnone, and amazing melancholic ballad “Un Instante” that already showcasing his distinctive atmosphere from this early period. The El Cuarteto De Nos side includes the moody folk ballad “Totalmente Normal” and great MPU “Sale Igual” featuring contributions from Hugo Jasa, Mariana Ingold, and others. The original LP/cassette is phantom-level item. This is the 2004 remastered reissue CD released by Ayui.
ウルグアイが生んだ異色のソングライターAlberto Wolfによる最初の録音作品。Riki Mussoがメンバーで在籍していたグループEl Cuarteto De Nosとのスプリットアルバムという形で85年にリリースされた作品（84年のカセットテープが最初の模様）。どちらもユーモラスで中毒性のあるサウンドが特徴でAlberto Wolfサイドでは滑らかながらクセになるグルーヴを放つ名曲”A la Deriva”、レゲエ調”Ella Va”、Mariana Ingold, Estre Magnoneがコーラスで参加しているグルーヴィな”Ojos De Gata”、最高の哀愁バラード”Un Instante”とこの頃から別格の空気を醸し出しているのがわかります。El Cuarteto De Nosサイドではムーディなフォーク・バラード”Totalmente Normal”やHugo JasaやMariana Ingoldなど多くが参加した極上のMPU”Sale Igual”を収録。LP盤/カセット共に幻くらいに出ません。Ayuiからの2004年リリースのナンバリング入りリマスターリイシューCDです。
