Tauras Adomavičius, a Lithuanian trombonist and composer. He spent much of his career as a symphony orchestra conductor, and this is his only 4 track EP. After all, standout track is the mid jazz funk B1"Milžinai", which emits a sophisticated groove with Moog's refrain, electric piano, and trombone. The other tracks are smooth jazz funk style and have great content. Amazing little known Melodya piece.
リトアニア出身のトロンボーン奏者/作曲家Tauras Adomavičius。交響楽団の指揮者として多くのキャリアを過ごした彼が唯一残した4曲入りEPが本作。なんと言ってもB1に収録のムーグのリフレイン、エレピ、トロンボーンによる洗練されたグルーヴを放つミッド・ジャズ・ファンク”Milžinai”が大本命。他の曲もスムースなジャズファンク調の全編いい内容。ジャケもいい感じ。ソ連ジャズ黄金期後を経た知られざる一枚です。
