Toshimi Mikami is a musician and researcher of Kagura and traditional music. He has been involved in a wide range of activities up to the present day, including participating in compilation album "Bright Young Museum Workers" as part of a band, involvement with Ainu culture, releasing a work for the Qigong method Koh-gong, and being a member of Haruomi Hosono's improvisation group "Pacific Mongoloid Unit". This is a self-released CD in 1996, produced mainly as background music for Qigong, Tai Chi, yoga. Five pieces of exquisite organic relaxation music obtained through years of meditative training while connecting with nature. Contains over 70 minutes that "flows with energy" as Haruomi Hosono, who is in charge of the liner notes, talks about. The reissue is sure to be a great success, as it creates a wonderful space. This is rare 1996 original CD.

音楽家/神楽・伝承音楽研究者三上敏視。水族館レーベルからの傑作コンピレーションにバンドとして参加、アイヌ文化との関り、気功法香功のためのリリース、細野晴臣の即興演奏集団「環太平洋モンゴロイドユニット」の一員など現在まで多岐に渡る活動を続けている。本作は96年にリリースされた主に気功や太極拳、ヨガなどのBGMとして制作された自主制作CD。自然と結びつきながら長年の瞑想的な訓練で得られた極上の有機リラクゼーション・ミュージック5編。ライナーノートを担当している細野晴臣の語る”気がめぐる”70分を超える音源を収録。リイシューも納得の素晴らしい空間が広がります。大変稀少な96年のオリジナルCD版です。
