The second album by jazz singer Marika Hiraga, released in 1987. In addition to the same Masanori Sasaji as the previous work, Jimmy Murakami who is also in charge of vocal production and Morio Watanabe from Mariah participated in the arrangement, and a wider range of sounds is being developed. With a composition that immediately reminds of oriental, ethnic, and mysterious, among them Balearic-type Jazzy ethno-pop "Astrud", "Tobira" arranged by Jimmy Murakami and Morio Watanabe, featuring Chinese string, koto, essence of opera, "The Dangerous" which is reminiscent of Mariah with a touch of fake jazz, however it seems to show various expressions depending on the listener. An album with a mysterious charm that harmonizes with her originality. CD is also rare.
ジャズシンガー平賀マリカのファーストアルバム同様87年リリースのセカンドアルバム。アレンジには前作同様の笹路正徳に加えヴォーカルプロデュースも担当するジミー村上、渡辺モリオのマライアのメンバーが参加しより幅の広がったサウンドが展開されています。オリエンタル、エスニック、ミステリアスがすぐに思い起こされる楽曲構成で、中でもバレアリックの香りもするジャジー・エスノ・ポップ”Astrud”、中国弦、琴、オペラなどが取り入れられているジミー村上、渡辺モリオアレンジの”扉”、フェイクジャズを意識したマライヤを彷彿とさせる”The Dangerous”などオススメですが聞く人によって様々な表情を見せそうです。彼女の個性と調和した不思議で魅力的なアルバム。
