The first edition of the "Seed" cassette book series that Hosono Haruomi published just before he launched Non-standard Label. The cassette tape contains the BGM recorded by Hosono for MUJI's in-store use. "Tourism music" seems to have been a concept to further deepen ambient music, and there was an aspect of delivering an experimental message that could not be entrusted to the record media of the 1980s when the business side became stronger. After all, realized again that listening while looking at a book is the best way to do it. It has been restocked for pretty long time as a beautiful condition.
ご存知細野晴臣が『ノンスタンダード』を立ち上げる直前のタイミングに刊行したカセットブックシリーズ"Seed"の第一弾。カセットテープには無印良品の店内用BGMとして細野がレコーディングした音源が収められています。 “観光音楽” という、環境音楽をさらに深化させていこうとするコンセプトだったようでビジネス的側面が強くなっていった80年代のレコードメディアには託することができない実験的メッセージを届ける側面があったようです。やはりこれは本を眺めながら聞くっていうのが一番しっくりくるというのを再認識しました。美品にて久々に再入荷できました。
