The second image album of the fantasy manga "Aries" by composer Yoichiro Yoshikawa, who has a wide range of experience working with including producer of the butoh group Sankaijuku, D-Day, and Yapoos. While featuring songs from the show sung by voice actress Maria Kawamura , we prefer fantastical instrumental tracks that incorporate elements of ethno and ambient. The lineup includes quality tracks such as the ethno ambient "Amphitrite" and the sci-fi minimal ambience "Dionysus". Since it won't be released on vinyl, we recommend listening to the analog-textured cassette version.
舞踏グループ山海塾の音楽プロデューサーやD-Day, ヤプーズなど多岐に渡る活動歴を持つ作曲家 吉川洋一郎が手掛けたファンタジー漫画「アリーズ 」のイメージアルバム第二弾。 声優 川村万里阿による劇中歌を挟みながら、やはり当店的にはエスノやアンビエントの要素を内包したファンタジカルなインスト曲を押し。エスノ・アンビエント調の”アンフィトリテ ~クリスタルの涙~”、SF的ミニマル・アンビエンス”デュオニソス ~暗黒神の叫び~”を筆頭にクオリティを感じて頂けると思います。レコードのリリースはないのでアナログ質感のカセット版で是非聴いて欲しいです。
