The first album released in 1985 by Vinicio Adames, a pioneer of Venezuelan electronic music alongside Miguel Noya and Angel Rada. Created using completely analog production, it's filled with emotional sounds that have a human touch while also showing glimpses of Western elements. First of all, recommend to listen from "Escape" which has a full-on analog beat and ethereal synths, the title track "Al Comienzo Del Camino" that appears like a fusion of ethnic music in somewhere and analog sounds, pleasant synth-pop track "Hay Frio En La Ciudad" with a distinctive beat, mellow ambient track "Efecto, Difusor Estelar", "Héroe Galáctico" with a hint of industrial and cosmic sensations, and Dogon-like synth-pop track that combines experimentalism with a sense of songfulness ”No Hay Ni Dos”. Top-notch content rich in originality. Engineer and mixed by Miguel Noya. The surface is shiny and beautiful, but there are some places where it makes a little popping noise, probably due to the pressing. A gem!
Miguel NoyaやAngel Radaに並ぶベネズエラン・エレクトロニック・ミュージックのパイオニアVinicio Adamesによる85年のファーストアルバム。完全なアナログプロダクションで制作された、欧米的な要素も垣間見せながら人間味も持ち合わせたようなエモーショナルなサウンドが詰まっています。どこから聞いても間違いないですが、アナログ全開のビートに幽玄なシンセが舞う”Escape”、どこかの民族音楽とアナログサウンドが融合したようなタイトル曲”Al Comienzo Del Camino”、特徴的な打ち込みが心地いいシンセポップトラック”Hay Frio En La Ciudad”、まろやかなアンビエント的トラック”Efecto, Difusor Estelar”、インダストリアルや宇宙的感覚を覗かせる”Héroe Galáctico”、実験精神と歌心を盛り込んだDogon的シンセポップ”No Hay Ni Dos”などから聞いてみて下さい。オリジナリティと先見性に富んだ内容。音響面はMiguel Noyaが担当しています。表面光沢あり綺麗ですがプレッシングの為か少しプツプツと鳴る箇所あります。
