This 1988 self-released album is seen as a one-off project by Kenji Nagatomi, a country singer who is an honorary citizen of Tennessee and become a bridge between Japan and American country and bluegrass music. Includes recordings made locally with the participation of his close friend, Grammy winner Charlie McCoy. Total 11 songs with sweet, mellow vocals in English, a crisp atmosphere, and gentle harmonica and electric guitar tones. A3/A5 are especially recommended. It's a feel-good album.
米テネシー州名誉州民であり日本とアメリカのカントリーやブルーグラスを結ぶ架け橋的存在であるカントリー歌手 永冨研二によるワンオフプロジェクトと見られる88年の自主制作盤。盟友でもあるグラミー受賞者Charlie McCoyなどが参加した現地での録音を収録。英詩による甘くまろやかなヴォーカル、カラッとした雰囲気、穏やかなハーモニカやエレキギターの音色等がつなぐ全11曲。特にA3/A5はオススメ。気持ちいいアルバムです。
