Unknown cassette tape work left on Melopea by Argentine composer/sound artist Edgardo Rudnitzky, who has been active in a wide range of fields from the 1980s to the present. Side A is an experimental sound source created for a dance performance that uses water sounds, a female voice, percussion instruments, programming, etc. Side B is a 26-minute improvisation for a stage performance with Marcelo Moguilevsky (ex Comedia), Cesar Franov, and Claudio Morgado, which seems to be a condensed version of Argentina's spiritual climate. It's a 1990 release work that can be said to have a unique style even though there is little information about Melopea.
日本でもパフォーマンス経験があるというアルゼンチン人作曲家/サウンドアーティストEdgardo RudnitzkyがMelopeaに残していた知られざるカセットテープ作品。A面ではダンスパフォーマンス用に制作された、水の音、女性の声、打楽器、プログラミング等を使用した実験的な音源。B面ではMarcelo Moguilevsky (ex Comedia), Cesar Franov, Claudio Morgadoと共に26分に及ぶ舞台の為に制作された、アルゼンチンの精神風土が凝縮されたような即興演奏が収録されています。ほとんど情報のないMelopeaでも異色の作風といえる90年の作品です。
