The only album from 1991 by the Uruguayan group Debutaca, composed of Fernando Ulivi, Andrés Wels, and Guilherme De Alencar Pinto. The most distinctive feature of this album is a modern crossover sound that attempts to approach jazz, ambient, experimental, contemporary music on Uruguayan traditional style. In response to this, members such as Hugo Fattoruso, Mariana Ingold, Jorge Camiruaga, Osvaldo Fattoruso, more are participating. First of all, "Incienso", which showcases a deep electric sound that incorporates ambient and folklore is amazing. There's also the fusion track "El Que" which shows a world music approach, sophisticated MPU track "Que Te Espero" with a typical Uruguayan rhythm, "Que Tristeza" which has a pensive folk-rock style with the addition of Hugo Fattoruso's accordion, and tasty blues-rock like track "Insomnio". The entire album is very listenable. There are many excellent stuffs on Ayui's catalogue from the 90's. There is surface noise at the beggining and circle noise at the end part on A2 and there is a hairline from B4 to B5, which also has a circular noise. Please check audio clips.
Fernando Ulivi, Andrés Wels, Guilherme De Alencar Pintoの3人によるウルグアイヤン・グループDebutacaの91年の唯一作。ウルグアイの伝統の上にジャズ、アンビエント、エクスペリメンタル、現代音楽など様々な接近を試みたモダンなクロスオーバーサウンドが最大の特徴。それに呼応するかのようなHugo Fattoruso, Mariana Ingold, Jorge Camiruaga, Osvaldo Fattorusoといったメンバーが参加しています。まずアンビエントやフォルクローレを落とし込んだディープなエレクトリックサウンドを披露した”Incienso”がなんといっても素晴らしい。他にもワールドミュージック的なアプローチを見て取れるフュージョン・トラック”El Que”、ウルグアイらしいリズム感覚の洗練されたMPU”Que Te Espero”、 Hugo Fattorusoのアコーディオンも加わりペンシブなフォークロック調”Que Tristeza”、味わい深いブルーズロック調”Insomnio”など全編聴き応えあります。80年代はもちろん90年代のAyuiのカタログも秀逸なものが多いです。A2冒頭にチリノイズ、終盤に周回ノイズ出ます。B4からB5にかけてもヘアラインありこちらも周回ノイズが出ます。視聴ご確認下さい。
