Amy Sheffer, a female vocalist/composer/visual artist active in the depths of New York alongside cult icon Patty Waters and other jazz mavericks. This 1987 album is the last of her three confirmed self-released albums. Total 10 tracks where her passion-filled, vibrato-laden vocals shimmer against the shadowy playing of William Parker, Billy Bang, Lou Grassi. A dark groove emerges, wriggling and revealing the artist's own artwork. Includes original inner sleeve featuring illustrations and poetry.
