Saho Nozaki's '85 debut album known as a cult singer. Produced by Kazuhiko Kato, with the participation of Tatsuo Hayashi, Motoya Hamaguchi, Pecker and Yosui Inoue ,Taeko Onuki also provide music, but the arrangment of Ichizo Seo, who also worked on the good arrangement for "Yuko Shibuya - Made In Japan" shines. Full of songs that seem to cover the urban atmosphere of the city, first of all, the adult city pop "Airmail Blue" composed by Yosui Inoue, "I can't sleep in Sartor" which Yukako Hayase will cover later, side B The flow from B2 to B4 of the moist synth pop "Ameno Yuuenchi", the ballad pop "Drowsiness Afternoon", and the savanna song "White Pent House" composed by Kazuhiko Kato, is great. Fanatastic city pop piece!
カルトシンガーとして知られる野崎沙穂の85年のデヴューアルバム。プロデュースを加藤和彦が手掛け林立夫、浜口茂外也、ペッカーに加え井上陽水 や 大貫妙子 も楽曲提供をしていますが”渋谷 祐子 - Made In Japan”でも名アレンジを手掛けた瀬尾一三の仕事が光ります。都会のアーバンな雰囲気が全体を覆っているような楽曲満載で、まずは井上陽水作曲のアダルト・シティ・ポップ”エアメール・ブルー”、早瀬優香子も後にカバーする”サルトルで眠れない”、B面はしっとりとしたシンセポップ”雨の遊園地”、バラードポップ”まどろみの午後”、加藤和彦らしいサヴァンナ歌謡”白いペントハウス”のB2からB4への流れが最高です。あまり浸透してないのが残念ですが非常に内容よくオススメです。
