The mysterious singer Noeri Kojima's electro / boogie 12-inch single released in 1987. It includes the electro boogie "Cool Fax" with the bubbly atmosphere of the times, and the medium funk boogie "One Track Mind" with its impressive oriental synths. Haven't seen any of these recently.
