SSW Kyozo Nishioka, who had shifted from collaborating with Haruomi Hosono at the beginning of the 1970s to Latin/tropical music, released this album in 1979, and his talent as a lyricist had blossomed. It's all composed from the inspiration of my travels in Spain, Morocco and Bali, Co-produced by Haruomi Hosono here as well. After the release of Tropical Trilogy and Cochin Moon, Hosono's arrangement A1, A2, B2 and B4 are brilliant. Nishioka arrangement of A4 and B1 are also good.
70年初頭の細野晴臣との共作からラテン/トロピカル志向へシフトしながら作詞家としての才能も開花していたSSW 西岡恭蔵が発表した79年作。スペイン、モロッコ、バリを旅行した際のインスピレーションによって作曲されたもので、共同プロデュースにはこちらでも細野晴臣が参加しています。やはりトロピカル三部作やコチンの月をリリースし終えた細野アレンジが冴えわたっているA1/A2/B2/B4、そして自身のアレンジによるA4/B1もお見逃しなく。帯付きはなかなか見かけません。これからの時期最高ですよ～
