A collaboration project by the youngest daughter of the original folk idol "Four Sisters" who is still active, Chieko Iha and the Okinawa-based four-member male group "Hoptoons". In Okinawa, 97 years in the solar calendar corresponds to 100 years in the lunar calendar, and it is said that at this age one becomes a child again, and the celebration is called "Kajimaya" Side A, from the dance is named, is the Strange Ondo, which is a form of electronic sound with obscure effects mixed in, On the B-side, the Hoptoons sing "Shimanchu" with a tropical flavor. The jacket, which reminds of Eitetsu Hayashi is also nice.
現在も活動中の元祖民謡アイドル”フォーシスターズ”の末娘にしてあたらしいおきなわを掲げた伊波智恵子と沖縄の男性4人組グループホップトーンズのコラボレーション企画。沖縄では太陽暦における97年は太陰暦の100年に相当しこの年齢になると子供に還ると言われ、そのお祝いをかじまやーと呼ぶようでその踊りの名が付けられたA面は電子音頭の様な形態でオブスキュアな効果音も混ぜられたストレンジ音頭、B面はホップトーンズが歌うトロピカルテイスト満載の"島人"を収録。林英哲を思わせるジャケットもいいですね。
