Miraculous restock! Pale Cocoon's '84 original cassette book, created from the cocooning vision of member Tsuyoshi Kawabata, who was producing in his hometown Toyama. Under the influence of Belgian symbolist paintings, Japanese literature, and the European indie scene of the time, the edgy sound of each individual grain of sound expressing a deep spirituality is always a surprise to listen to. The phrase "Japanese summer landscape expressed in swirling synthesizers and noise" is also irresistible. the reissue on conatala/Incidental Music was also wonderfully presented, but if anyone was looking for the original one, please consider it. We’re not sure if we'll be able to grab next one in 5 or 10 years.
奇跡の再入荷。地元富山で制作活動を行っていたメンバー川端強が思い描いた、繭から飛び出すようなヴィジョンから制作されたPale Cocoonの84年作。ベルギー象徴主義絵画、日本文学、当時のヨーロッパインディシーンからの影響下の元、深い精神性を表現する音の粒を一つ一つ感じる先鋭的なサウンドはいつ聞いても驚きをもたらしてくれます。渦巻くシンセサイザーやノイズで表現された日本の夏の風景ってフレーズもたまらない。conatala/Incidental Musicからの再発も素晴らしい体裁でしたが、オリジナルで探されていた方がいればご検討ください。次に手にできるのは5年後？10年後？
