A self-produced album that seems to have been released by the fusion band Early Byrds before signing with the label. That performance that convinced us to have a major contract the following year with vocalist Kyoko Kimura, who also sang on the chorus of the Japanese reggae classic "Masaki Ueda - Harder They Come" and presents a sophisticated fusion and jazz lineup. The standout track is the mellow smooth fusion "Ocean Song" with its smooth synths and impressive vocals. Total nice contents include smooth fusion "Lullaby" and the new age style "In the Summer Light". Qality piece that you wouldn't expect from an private release. Amazing.

フュージョンバンドEarly Byrdsがレーベル契約前にリリースしていたと思われる自主製作盤。翌年にはメジャー契約をしているのも納得の演奏力にヴォーカルに和レゲエ名曲”上田正樹 – ハーダー・ゼイ・カム”にもコーラスで参加していたKyoko Kimuraを迎え、洗練されたフュージョン～ジャズラインの楽曲を披露。中でも伸びやかなシンセとヴォーカルが印象的なメロウ・スムース・フュージョン”Ocean Song”が白眉。他にも柔らかなスムース・フュージョン”Lullaby”、ニューエイジ調の”夏の光の中で”などいい曲入ってます。自主盤とは思えないクオリティの改作。素晴らしい。
