Self-released album produced mainly by a band member named Jam, who is thought to have been active at Jichi Medical University. As you can see from the title, it's mainly folk and rock, but the groovy tune with synth and electric piano is noteworthy, among them, the B-side synth AOR "Soretomo", the mellow rock style "Third Summer", and the synth ballad "Love Again" are particular good. The album also includes bossa-like numbers and city pop.

自治医大で活動していたと思われる邪夢（Jam）というバンドメンバーを中心に制作された自主盤。タイトルからもわかるようにフォークやロック主体ながらシンセやエレピを交えたグルーヴィな楽曲が注目で、B面に収録のシンセAORの”それとも”、メロウ・ロック調の”三度目の夏”、シンセ・バラード”Love Again"が秀逸。他にもボッサ風ナンバーやシティポップも収録。甘酸っぱいアマチュア感とセンスの良さが同居した好内容。音質もいいです。
