An Israeli composer/keyboardist Arik Rudich, known for his masterpiece "Mantra," which explodes with the energy of the Mediterranean, and lyricist Yehoram Tahar-Lev as vocalist worked on this '85 album, which was probably produced for some kind of soundtrack. The content has a unique atmosphere with a mixture of elements of folk, jazz, abstract, Mediterranean music,romanticism,,, Among them, the romantic folk type tune with Balearic feel "Gilad Isn't Coming Back", the subtle Mediterranean folk "Escape", the transparent electro-style track "Grammatical Notes" are amazing.
地中海の芳醇なエネルギーを爆発させた傑作”Mantra”で知られるイスラエルのコンポーザー/鍵盤奏者Arik Rudichとヴォーカルを担当した作詞家Yehoram Tahar-Levが手掛けたおそらく何かのサウンドトラックの為に制作されたと思われる85年の作品。フォーク、ジャズ、アブストラクト、地中海性音楽、ロマンチシズムなどの要素が混じり合った独特の雰囲気を持った楽曲を収録していて中でもロマンチックでバレアリック感覚溢れる”Gilad Isn't Coming Back”、幽玄な地中海フォーク”Escape”、透明感のあるエレクトロ風トラック”Grammatical Notes”など充実の内容。知る人ぞ知る一枚です。
