One of Argentina's leading keyboardists Manolo Juárez, actived on the scene since the 1950s. On this still-unknown masterpiece from 1988, he handles most of the piano and synth parts, and also features fellow musicians Litto Nebbia, Daniel Homer, and Oscar Taberniso. The content is full of viblant and ambience atmosphere that is relatable to the current scene and anticipates its times. The synth sounds are divine, but the piano tones also add a touch of elegance. It's no wonder that Melopea reissued this album on cassette in 1992.
50年代よりシーンで活動してきたアルゼンチンを代表する鍵盤奏者のひとりManolo Juárez。まだまだ知られていないこの傑作88年作ではピアノとシンセのほとんどを担当し、その他盟友Litto Nebbia(vocal/synth)やDaniel Homer, Oscar Tabernisoが参加。時代を見越した音響派に繋がるような瑞々しいアンビエンスな空気感を多分に含んだ内容となっていてメキシコ期の名曲”El que nunca se vá”も再演しています。シンセの音色も神々しいですが風情を醸すピアノのトーンがまた素晴らしいです。92年にMelopeaがカセットでリイシューしたのも納得。もっと多くの方に聞いて欲しいです。スリーブにシミあるのでお安くしてます。
