1969 outsider folk/rock album by an artist named Lee Hyatt, released on an independent label from Indiana. The reason this album is quietly gaining attention is that Hickory Wind considered a landmark of US independent psychedelic rock was released on the same label, includes a cover of “Judy” from this album, and is said to have provided the backing music for it. While not quite as intense as Hickory Wind, the album features a moderate dose of psychedelia and female vocals, with every track following a similar country-tinged style. The record is in excellent condition; the cover has some scuffs and creases but is otherwise in decent shape.
インディアナ州の自主レーベルからリリースされたLee Hyattなるアーティストによる69年のアウトサイダーフォーク～ロック作品。この作品が密かに注目を集めているのは極小プレスの米自主サイケの金字塔と言われるHickory Windが同じレーベルからリリースされ、一曲本作からカバーしている”Judy”を収録している事とバッキングをHickory Windが担当しているとされているから。Hickory Windほどではないもの適度なサイケ具合に女性ヴォーカルをフィーチャーしてカントリー調の同路線の楽曲を全編で収録。盤面非常に良好、ジャケットも擦れ/シワありますがまずまずの状態。コンディションいいもの稀少となっています。
