Silvinha, a singer from Minas Gerais who has worked as a solo singer since her debut in 1967, and has also left good works in collaboration with her husband, Eduardo Araújo. This work is a 4-track EP released in 1976, produced by Tony Osanah and having a strong relationship with Eduardo Araújo. First of all, "Fórmula 1 De Viver" a mellow bossa tune with a soft melody and the transparent voice that Eduardo Araújo also participated in composing is great, followed by slightly faster tempo of "Meu Problema Por Um Sorriso" is also nice. The B-side features the folky tune "Homem Contra Homem" and the MPB track "Baby (Ask Me). The two A-side tracks are the highlights. The cover is also beautiful.
67年のデヴューからソロシンガーを経て、夫であるEduardo Araújoとの共作でも良作を残しているミナスジェライス州出身のシンガーSilvinha。本作はTony Osanahがプロデュースを手掛け、Eduardo Araújoとの関係も色濃くなってきていた76年の4曲入りEP。まずEduardo Araújoもコンポーズに参加した透明感のある歌声に柔らかなメロディーが包み込むメロウ・ボッサ”Fórmula 1 De Viver”がたまりません、続く少しテンポを上げた”Meu Problema Por Um Sorriso”もいい具合。B面ではアシッド・フォーク調の”Homem Contra Homem”とMPBトラック”Baby (Ask Me)”を収録。A面2曲がやはりハイライトですが全編いい内容です。ジャケも素敵な愛らしい一枚。
