The first album in 1991 by Monique Aragão, a Brazilian female keyboardist/composer from Rio de Janeiro. Thought it's one of the universal (so-called) Brazilian stuff, but she wrote all the music for this piece, which seems to be influenced by Gismonti and Pascoal, and it has a surprising left-field feel. Among them, "Lenda" which combines funky bouncy development and piano tones in leftfield vibes, "Shedim" a Latin jazz-style tune that switches between rhythms, ”O Torto” an opening that sounds like piece of Sao Paulo experimental scene, develops into a high-speed samba, "Estudo Nº 5" a danceable jazz-funk tune, in addition, A3/B5 mellow tunes are also so good. It's a little unknown complete piece.
