Afonso Abreu is one of the leading musicians representing the state of Espírito Santo, located northeast of São Paulo, and is active both in groups and as a solo artist as a SSW/bassist. Featuring contributions from numerous local musicians, it showcases delicate songwriting, whisper-like vocals, and smooth synths, blending Balearic-inspired AOR to Yacht Rock across its 11 tracks, that we especially recommend A2/A3/B3/B5. サンパウロの北東に位置するエスピリトサント州を代表するミュージシャンのひとりでグループやソロでも活躍するSSW/ベース奏者Afonso Abreu。本作はおそらくソロとしては初作と思われる92年の自主制作盤。地元のミュージシャンが多数参加しながら繊細なソングライティング、囁くようなウィスパーなヴォーカル、伸びやかなシンセを特徴としたバレアリック風味なAOR～YACHT ROCKまで全11曲を収録。とりわけA2/A3/B3/B5あたりオススメ。派手さはないものの味わい深いまだまだ知られていない好作です。A1に薄いスクラッチあり音に影響あり、それ以外はまずまずの状態です。
