I.A.O. (Inandout), a group led by Achim Kohlberger, who is also known as an important figure in the German electronic music scene, was active from the early 1980s to the mid-1990s, spanning art rock, experimental, new wave, synth pop, ambient, etc. As the title suggests, this album is a collection of tracks produced between 1993 and 1995, and is from the end of their career. Contains 12 tracks ranging from synth pop to downtempo to ambient, wrapped in a comfortable vibe that suggests maturity. Icluding downtempo track "Gospel IV" with layered synths, soft organic mellow synth "Yang So Ka", ambient track "New Middle Age" showing a sentimental side, and pleasant ambient pop "Absublim XX". The minimalism artwork also gives a sense of the group's attention to detail.

独エレクトロニック・ミュージック・シーン重要人物としても知られるAchim Kohlberger率いたアートロック、エクスペリメンタル、ニューウェーブ、シンセポップ、アンビエント等を股に掛け80年代初頭から90年半ばまで活動を続けたグループI.A.O. (Inandout)。本作はタイトルにあるように93年から95年に制作された楽曲を集めたキャリア終盤の作品。成熟が伺い知れる心地よいヴァイブスに包まれたシンセポップ～ダウンテンポ～アンビエントまで全12曲を収録。シンセが折り重なるようにレイヤードしていくダウンテンポ”Gospel IV”、柔らかな有機系メロウシンセ”Yang So Ka”、センチメンタルな一面を見せるアンビエント曲”New Middle Age”、気持ちいいアンビエント・ポップ”Absublim XX”。ミニマルなアートワークもグループのこだわりを感じさせてくれます。
