A master piece from 1985 by Haustor, a new wave band from the former Yugoslavia. It is considered the band's best work, seamlessly blending reggae, samba, caribbean elements, beginning with the title track “Bolero” samba-inspired tune with cheerful brass section, followed by highlight's obscure reggae/ska tune “Ena”, downer type wave number “Šal Od Svile” is song about suicide, loss, and hope, and electro funk "ake the money and run". The innovative sound from the Balkans contrasts with the serious lyrics and upbeat vibes. The bright jacket is also a nice touch. In excellent condition with original inner.
旧ユーゴスラビアのニューウェーヴバンドHaustorが残した85年の超傑作。レゲエ、サンバ、カリビアンといった要素をシームレスに融合させたバンドの最高傑作とも言われる作品で、陽気なブラスセクションによるサンバ色濃い目のタイトル曲”Bolero”に始まり、ハイライトのオブスキュアなレゲエ/スカ・チューン”Ena”、自殺、喪失、希望というテーマを歌ったダウナーぬるま湯系”Šal Od Svile”、エレクトロ・ファンク”ake The Money And Run”を筆頭にした全8曲。バルカン半島で生まれた革新的なサウンドかつ相反するシリアスな歌詞と陽気なバイブスのコントラスト。鮮やかなジャケもいいです。オリジナルインナー付きの美品。
