This is one of the releases from Peeved Records, which is based in Bassett, a suburb of Southampton, England, and catalogues works related to The Dead Goldfish Ensemble and Robert Cox. One side contains a home-made ambient/synth wave track inspired by whales by post-punk/new wave group The Faraway Stars. The soft, lovely sound gently envelops you, matching the adorable artwork. It seems to come with a badge, but it is missing; instead, a bag with what appears to be the illustration is included.
イングランドのサウサンプトン市の郊外バセットを拠点にThe Dead Goldfish EnsembleやRobert Cox関連作品をカタログするPeeved Recordsリリース作品の一つ。ポストパンク/ニューウェーブグループ The Faraway Starsが手掛けたクジラに着想を得た宅録アンビエント風の楽曲を片面で収録した内容。この可愛らしいアートワークに合致するように柔らかな愛らしいサウンドがほんわりと包み込んでくれます。バッジが付いているようですがそちらは欠品、そのイラスト入りの袋らしきものは付随しています。
