In addition to his creative activities in Japan and abroad since the 1970s, Kazuo Uehara is known for his efforts in the fields of environmental music and music therapy, and is also known as the producer of Hiroshi Yoshimura's first album "Green". It's a collection of sound sources to relieve insomnia in 1992. The entire album contains healing sounds based on classical music with nature sounds. Godard's "Joselan's Lullaby" at the end, which shows the fusion of classical and new age, is especially wonderful.
70年代から国内外での創作活動に加え環境音楽や音楽療法の分野への尽力で知られ、吉村弘のファーストアルバム"Green"のプロデューサーでも知られる上原和夫の92年の不眠解消の為の音源集。クラシックを基点に自然音も交えたヒーリングサウンドを全編に収録。クラシックとニューエイジの融合を見せるラストのゴダール”ジョスランの子守歌”が特に素晴らしいです。
