The soundtrack to the film "Rouge of The North" released in 1988 by composer Chang Hung-Yi, who studied composition, jazz, and theater production at Berklee College of Music and has worked on numerous works since returning to Taiwan. A total 6 tracks are expressed with a profound musicality that encompasses ambient, mysterious, dark, and spiritual elements that are in line with the background of the original film. The quality is similar to the works of Chen Yang and Toshifumi Hinata. It seems that an LP is also available, but the version we have in stock is a cassette. Like other Taiwanese works of this style, it seems to be difficult to obtain.

バークリー音楽大学にて作曲、ジャズ、演劇制作を学び台湾に戻った後は幾多の作品を手掛けた作曲家Chang Hung-Yiが88年にリリースした映画「怨女」のサウンドトラック。原作の背景に沿ったアンビエント、ミステリアス、ダーク、スピリチュアルといった要素を内包した奥深い音楽性で表現された全6曲。曲によってもいくつかのパートに分けられていたりと全体の完成度が高いです。同郷の陳揚や日向敏文の作品にも近いクオリティを感じます。LPも存在しているようですが、カセット版での入荷。他のこのテイストの台湾作品と同様入手困難となっています。
