An Indian singer Usha Uthup was visiting Nairobi, Kenya as part of an Indian festival and received an enthusiastic welcome there, which prompted them to extend her schedule and was recorded this album in 1978. The key to this album is that it is backed by the Fellini 5 who left mega synth afro piece ”Africa '77”. The album's signature elegant soul disco "Fever" and groovy synth disco "Honey I" are among the tracks that make the most of the singer's vocals, while mid to ballad tracks are also mixed in. Later, she was appointed an honorary citizen of Kenya and seems to have made great achievements.
