Trinidad and Tobago singer Ranking Mandey a.k.a. Richard Samuel's 12" single in 1984. The highlight is the reggae tune B side "Conflict & War," which moves from a melancholy synth in the middle part to an electronic part in the latter half. The A-side is also a good tune covered with a cheerful atmosphere. Killer single!
