1969 album by the predecessor band of Cuba's leading Latin jazz group Irakere. The band's technical playing is backed by a seamless blend of rhythms, melodies and harmonies throughout the album. Simply timeless composition from the organ-led tracks to the soft orchestration. A complete work.
キューバを代表するラテン・ジャズ・グループIrakereの前身バンドによる69年作。テクニカルな演奏に裏打ちされたリズム、メロディ、ハーモニーが溶け合う隙なしの楽曲を全編で披露。オルガンをメインに添えた曲から柔らかなオーケストレーションを奏でる曲まで飽きの来ない構成も素晴らしい。Raúl GómezやJuan Almeidaスコアの楽曲も収録。完成された作品です。
