Probably the peak of the 80's work by Orquesta Revé, an orchestra that updates the Cuban traditional music of Changüí. It's a pleasant sound that mixes elements of rhythmic rumba, salsa, and Cuban jazz that nodded that the most danceable music among young people in Cuba at that time, especially recommend Son/Rumba tunes "Rumberos Latino Americanos" which builds momentum from the technical beginning to the middle, and the mellow and groovy "21 De Mayo"
40年以上の歴史を持つ伝統音楽チャングイをアップデートした楽団Orquesta Revéによるおそらくピーク期に当たる80年代の作品。当時キューバで最も若者を躍らせていたというリズミカルなルンバ、サルサ、キューバンジャズの要素が混じり合う気持ちいいサウンドで、特にテクニカルな序盤から中盤以降に勢いを増す”Rumberos Latino Americanos”、メロウでグルーヴィな”21 De Mayo”のSon/Rumbaな両曲がオススメ。
