’76 album by Irakere which known as one of the most influential bands in Cuba, with a style that combines Cuban rhythms with jazz, rock, funk, and traditional European music. Noteworthy is the urban Latin instrumental "Este Camino Largo" on B2, which is a nice mood tune. This tune alone is good enough, but the A1 Urban Afro-Cuban Jazz "Chekere-Son" and the Adult Oriented Jazz A3 "En Nosotros" are also good. It's totally quality album. Mexican press version in 1978.
ジャズ、ロック、ファンク、ヨーロッパの伝統音楽などとキューバのリズムを掛け合わせたスタイルで最も影響力のあるバンドの一つとして知られるIrakereの76年作。注目はB2に収録のメロウ・ラテン・インスト曲”Este Camino Largo”がムード溢れて最高、夕陽をバックに聴きたいですね。この曲だけでも充分ですがA1のアーバン・アフロ・キューバン・ジャズ”Chekere-Son”やアダルト・オリエンテッド・ジャズA3”En Nosotros”もいい感じ。良質な一枚。78年のメキシコプレス盤。
