Killer single by Cuban-born percussionist Guile Garcia, who has played in many bands from the 70's to the early 80's and has also made good works under the name of Garcia's Super Funk. It includes the obscure Miami funk tune "Sun Will Shine", which consists of hoarse vocal, guitar sound, rhythmic drums while the sound continues to "pwag, pwag". On the A-side, AOR tune "My Cuban Girl" is also not bad. Cover with Miami? is lovely.
70年代から80年代初頭にかけて多くのバンドへの参加歴やGarcia's Super Funk名義でも改作を残すキューバ生まれの打楽器奏者Guille Garciaによる87年の最高盤。一体何の音かわかりませんがプワン、プワンとなるサウンドが鳴り続けるなかイタないヴォーカル、ギター音、リズムを刻むドラム等で構成されるオブスキュア極まりないマイアミ・ファンク・チューン”Sun Will Shine”を収録。A面にはこちらも悪くないAOR調の”My Cuban Girl”。このマイアミ？をバックにしたジャケットもたまりませんね～
