59' jazz masterpiece titled "Jungle Jazz" by an orchestra led by exotica leading musician Les Baxter. 12 expressive songs inspired by "South American jungle". Totally excellent performances, including A2 with its tense strings, A3 urban tune with elegant female vocals、B2 which shifts from a wild atmosphere to a mysterious mood.
エキゾチカを代表する音楽家Les Baxter率いるオーケストラがJungle Jazzと題した59年の作品。”南米のジャングル”をインスピレーションに表情豊かな12曲を収録。緊迫感のあるストリングが印象的なA2、優雅で女性ヴォーカルが歌うA3、野性的な雰囲気からミステリアスなムードに移っていくB2など素晴らしい演奏を収録した名作。
