The second album in 1989 by Lee Byung-Woo, a Korean musician who has been active as a guitarist since the 1980s and is currently known as a film composer with more than 20 films, as well as for his impressive releases as the duo Some Day with Jo Dong-Ik. As in the previous work, the entire album contains richly emotional soundscape drawn with several types of guitars, effector, more. Amazing contents throughout, particularly “텅빈 학교 운동장엔 텅빈 학교 운동장엔 태극기만 펄럭이고 I & II” which seems to depict a profound world view, and pale and shimmering new age guitar tune "잔디에 누워" are splendid. The simple jacket also enhances the artistic design.
80年代からギタリストとして活動し、現在は計20本以上を手掛ける映画作曲家として知られ、またチョ・ドンイクとのデュオSome Dayとしてのリリースも印象深い韓国人音楽家イ・ビョンウの89年のセカンドアルバム。前作同様に数種のギター、エフェクターで描かれた情緒に富んだサウンドスケープを全編に収録。どこに針を落としても間違いないですが、深遠な世界観を描写したような”텅빈 학교 운동장엔 태극기만 펄럭이고 I & II”、淡くゆらめくニューエイジ・ギター曲”잔디에 누워”は絶品。簡素な装丁もアーティスティックな意匠を高めています。
