1991 cassette released album by the Taiwanese composer Chen Yang, who is known for not only popular music and also music for plays and dance, music production/provision related to media, and music style that quickly adopted new age and modern classical music. This work includes a group of tunes that incorporate songs. Total 6 tracks include over 10 minutes dramatic fusion "Edge Of The Basin", "River, Earth, Sunshine" which builds from ambient beginning, "Our Brand-New Land" new age fusion track with a dignified atmosphere, "The 17-Year-Buried Cicada" a mysterious tune that sounds like it incorporates folk instruments.
ポピュラー音楽だけではなく劇やダンスの為の音楽、メディア関係の楽曲制作/提供、いち早くニューエイジやモダンクラシカルを取り入れた音楽スタイルで知られる台湾の作曲家 陳揚の91年のカセットテープ作品。本作では演唱編と題された歌を取り入れた楽曲を披露。10分超えのドラマティックなフュージョントラック”Edge Of The Basin”、アンビエント的な序盤からテンションをあげていく”River, Earth, Sunshine”、凛とした雰囲気で展開するニューエイジ・フュージョン”Our Brand-New Land”、民族楽器を取り入れたようなミステリアスなトラック”The 17-Year-Buried Cicada”など全6曲。
