The 4th album by the Korean fusion jazz unit The Light & The Salt, who have resumed activities in recent years and released a new album last year. A total of 10 crossover sounds that combine elements such as a floating feeling reminiscent of the Minas school, rhythm work of like a bossa nova, ambience, pensive atmosphere. All good, particularly recommended melancholy Aor-style "그 여름의 마지막," groovy instrumental bossa number "별에게," the breathy fusion "아카시아아가씨," and the smooth fusion "Are You Crying?". One of best Korean crossover album.
近年再結成し昨年にはニューアルバムをリリースしたサード以降は二人体制となった韓国のフュージョンジャズユニットThe Light & The Saltによる4thアルバム。最高傑作との声もある作品でミナス派を彷彿とさせるような浮遊感、ボサノヴァを想わせるリズムワーク、アンビエンス、ペンシブな空気感といった要素が一体となったクロスオーバーサウンド全10曲。どれもいいですが、哀愁溢れるAOR調の”그 여름의 마지막”、軽やかなインスト・ボッサ・ナンバー”별에게”、ブリージン・フュージョン”아카시아 아가씨”、スムース・フュージョン”Are You Crying?”は特に秀逸。コリアン・クロスオーバーひとつの到達点でしょう。
