Nito Mestre, one of Argentina's leading artists, began his career as a vocalist for Sui Generis, which formed in high school with Charly Garcia and others, and has remained active to the present day. This work was made in 1983, when he released a series of releases after turning solo in the 1980s. Arranged/directed by Mono Fontana, ally Charly Garcia and Luis Alberto Spinetta also participated. The album has a seamless composition ranging from ballads, soft rock, AOR with sexy and growth voices, and best track is "De Tanto Hablar Y Andar" which starts with the melancholy beginning of Spinetta's score followed by Nito’s vocal with Mono Fontana's key playing a prominent break is standout. Other recommended tracks include soft rock tune "Si Te Encuentro Aquí En Mi Puerta", and "Escondo Mis Ojos Al Sol," which is filled with an adult oriented atmosphere. Masterpiece.
高校時代にCharly Garciaらと結成したSui Generisのヴォーカリストとしてキャリアをスタートし、現在に至るまで活動を続けるアルゼンチンを代表するアーティストの一人Nito Mestre。本作は80年代にソロ転身後に立て続けにリリースを重ねていた頃に当たる83年作。アレンジ/ディレクションをMono Fontana、盟友Charly Garcia、Luis Alberto Spinettaも参加した豪華な布陣。伸びのあるセクシーな歌声のバラード～ソフトロック～AORまで隙のない構成ですが、やはりスピネッタとの共同スコアの哀愁極まる冒頭からヴォーカルを経て中盤のMono Fontanaの鍵盤プレイも際立つブレイクパートで完全ノックアウトの”De Tanto Hablar Y Andar”がもう最高。他にも軽やかなソフト・ロック・チューン”Si Te Encuentro Aquí En Mi Puerta”、アダルトオリエンテッドな空気感に包まれた”Escondo Mis Ojos Al Sol”なども素晴らしい。文句なしの名盤です。
