Born in Greece and raised in the USA, Iasos left behind a milestone piece that is regarded as the beginning of New Age music. This gem was completed by recording to give form to music with the sounds of paradise that he had envisioned since he was a boy. It's deep spiritual music that mixes electronically modulated flute/steel guitar, electric piano, waves, animal sounds, natural sounds. Two types of original cassettes from the same year have been confirmed, this is the rarer Blue J-Card version (this one seems to be the original, but we don't know the details). The first side A is a little unstable and has some distortion in the sound, but otherwise plays well. Please refrain if you are concerned about this. Please listen to the sound of the original tape.
ギリシャに生まれアメリカに育った音楽家Iasosが残したニューエイジ・ミュージックの始まりとも称される金字塔作品。少年時代から頭で描いていた楽園の響きをもった音楽を形にすべく録音に取り組み完成された作品で、電子変調されたフルートやスチール・ギター、エレピ、波や鳴き声、自然音などがミックスされたディープ・スピリチュアル・ミュージック。同年に二種類のオリジナルカセットが確認されていますが、より稀少なブルーJ-Card版（こちらがオリジナルのようですが詳細わかりません）。A面最初が少し動作が不安定で音に歪みが出る箇所ありますが、それ以外は再生良好です。気にされる方はご遠慮ください。是非オリジナルテープのサウンド聞いて頂きたいです。
