A cassette only release in 1994 by Digital Art, a duo of Romanian brothers Cristian Nanu and Florian Nanu. The composition is a mix of emotional electronics and ambient, where the influence of Warp/Ninja Tune, which is presumed by the label launched later, can be seen and hidden. A lot of good tracks such as fearless ambient track "Marea Neagra" the oriental atmosphere "Spatiu Oriental" the multi-layered track "Bravi Eroi",great downtempo track "Afro" like a Japanese-inspired "Putna" with its water sounds, floating electric tune ”Tara Vrancei”, beautiful organic new age ”Padurea Vrajita”. The content is just amazing from beginning to end.
ルーマニア人Cristian Nanu, Florian Nanuの兄弟デュオDigital Artによる94年の自主カセットテープ作品。後に立ち上げたレーベルでもうかがい知れるWarp/Ninja Tune辺りの影響も見え隠れするようなエモーショナルなエレクトロニクスやアンビエントなどを織り交ぜた構成。精悍なアンビエント・トラック”Marea Neagra”、オリエンタル雰囲気の”Spatiu Oriental”、幾重にもレイヤーされた”Bravi Eroi”、ダウンテンポ・トラック”Afro"、水の音を使った和テイストな”Putna”、フローティングなエレクトリック・チューン”Tara Vrancei”、美しいオーガニック・ニューエイジ”Padurea Vrajita”など(ほぼ全部)いいトラック目白押し。規制や抑圧を感じない自由奔放な空気感も好感が持てます。
